Return and Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products (PDF guides, eBooks, and digital downloads), all sales are generally considered final once the files have been downloaded.

Refund Eligibility We want you to have a great experience with My Thrive Kit. Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • The digital file is defective, corrupted, or cannot be opened.

  • You accidentally purchased the exact same digital item twice.

  • You have not yet downloaded the digital file (we can verify the download status in our system).

To request a refund or report an issue, please contact us at mythrivekit@gmail.com. Please include your order number and proof of purchase. Since these are digital goods, no physical return address or return shipping labels are required.

Damages and Technical Issues Please inspect your digital order upon reception. Contact us immediately at mythrivekit@gmail.com if the file is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong digital item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement file.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Since our items are digital downloads, they are inherently non-returnable once accessed. We do not accept returns for a change of mind after the files have been downloaded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges Exchanges are only provided if you accidentally purchased the wrong digital product and have not yet downloaded the files.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period If you are a resident of the European Union, the standard 14-day cooling-off period applies only if you have not initiated the download of the digital product. By starting the download process, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to cancel or return the order.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at mythrivekit@gmail.com.
